Your D.I.Y Guide to updating your driver documents

It is important to keep your documents* up to date, when driving with Ola.
You can now do this, IN your Ola driver app!

 

Do It Yourself and upload your updated Driver Accreditation, Car Accreditation, Physical Inspection, Motor Injury Insurance & Operator Accreditation. You can simply take a photo of, or scan your updated document/s, to upload into the app. It is best to ensure that the document is flat, and on a clean white background to ensure best visibility for verification.

* note: document updates will vary per State. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your document expiry and update in accordance with State regulations

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DOCUMENTS

Step 1:

In your Ola driver app, go to the CAR DOCUMENTS section. This is found in MY PROFILE.

Upload the document and click, CONTINUE

Step 3:

Upload* the document and click continue

Step 4:

You will receive an OTP (one timepassword) to your nominated mobile number. Enter this number when prompted, in the driver app & SUBMIT
