Subject to the terms and conditions listed, drivers receive the following offer(s) dependent on the date their application is completed;

For applications completed prior to 23:59 on 31 December 2019;

      • 18% commission until 23:59 on 31 May 2020 then,
      • 20% commission ongoing from 1 June 2020 

For applications completed prior to 23:59 on 24 February 2020;

      • 18% commission until 23:59 on 31 May 2020 then,
      • 20% commission ongoing from 1 June 2020 

For applications completed after 23:59 on 24 February 2020;

      • 20% commission ongoing from  25 February 2020 

Subject to the terms and conditions listed, drivers receive the following offer(s) dependent on the date their application is completed;

For applications completed prior to 23:59 on 27 January 2020;

      • 0% commission until 23:59 on 25 February 2020 then,
      • 18% commission until 23:59 on 31 May 2020 then,
      • 20% commission ongoing from 1 June 2020 

For applications completed prior to 23:59 on 24 February 2020;

      • 18% commission until 23:59 on 31 May 2020 then,
      • 20% commission ongoing from 1 June 2020 

For applications completed after to 23:59 on 24 February 2020

      • 20% commission ongoing from  25 February 2020 

Drivers will receive 18% commission.

  1. Transport Service License (TSL) label (if you have a TSL label of your own).** 
  2. Full NZ drivers licence, held for at least 12 months
  3. Current P endorsement ID card. To apply for the same please contact your local NZTA or their authorized agent. Click here to download the P endorsement application form.

** If you do not have your own TSL, you will be registered under Ola’s TSL. Ola charges a monthly $5 fee for the use of Ola’s TSL. You will be required to subscribe to Logmate, an electronic work-time management system if using Ola’s TSL. Please visit Logmate.co.nz for latest subscription and pricing information.

  3. Vehicle Insurance policy*

* your Vehicle Insurance should list ‘rideshare’ as the service you are providing, not a specific rideshare platform.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Drivers must sign up and be fully verified and approved to drive with Ola within the offer period.
  2. The commissions listed exclude  all booking fees, tolls, airport fees and any other third party charges, howsoever described.
  3. Launch date means the date customers are entitled to make bookings through the Ola app in the relevant new city.
  4. The offers cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion.
  5. The offers are unique to each driver and cannot be transferred or redeemed .
  6. Ola driver agreement and standard terms and conditions apply.
