1. Eligibility
1.1. Entry is open to new and existing Ola customers in Auckland, New Zealand during the
promotion period or part thereof (the “eligible entrants”).
1.2. Employees of the promoter, immediate family members of employees and employees of
any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Entry
2.1. The promotion commences at 00:00 NZST on 26 August 2019 and entries close at 23:59
NZST on 1 September 2019 (the “promotion period”).
2.2. To enter, eligible entrants must, all during the promotion period, make an eligible booking
with Ola.
2.3. Eligible booking is a booking made through the Ola platform/app for an Ola network
participating vehicle in the areas serviced by Ola in Auckland, New Zealand, made,
completed and paid for through the Ola app during the promotion period.
2.4. The eligible entrants must use and provide their real names, emails and mobile numbers,
which names and mobile numbers must match the names and mobile numbers used for
their account with, and held by, Ola.
2.5. There is no limit to the number of eligible entries a person may have in the promotion.
3. Prizes and winning
3.1. Every entrant whose eligible booking is filled with one of three (3) specially
marked/wrapped Ola x Zambesi Toyota Prius Prime vehicles will win a prize.
3.2. Eligible bookings will be filled randomly, that is, in accordance with Ola’s regular booking
allocation and filling processes and systems.
3.3. The prizes vary, both in type and value, and include Zambesi products, Zambesi services
or vouchers for Zambesi services/products, other products and/or services and Ola
credits/vouchers.
3.4. The promoter reserves the right to modify the prizes, if and as required due to operational
or logistical reasons.
4. Prize conditions

4.1. Entrants who win a prize will be able to and will have to claim a prize either immediately
before the start, or immediately following the end, of the ride to which the winning
entry/booking relates, by selecting one bag or box from the boot of the specially
marked/wrapped Ola x Zambesi Toyota Prius Prime vehicle which filled the booking.
4.2. Entrants with the winning entries may also be notified by SMS and/or in app message
and/or email.
4.3. The prize winners may have their details published on Ola New Zealand website located
at https://ola.co.nz, on the date on which they win a prize or subsequently.
4.4. Only the person who made an eligible and winning entry/booking is entitled to a prize.
Additional persons travelling with or without the person who made an eligible and winning
entry/booking are not entitled to a prize.
4.5. As each of the specially marked/wrapped Ola x Zambesi Toyota Prius Prime vehicles can
only accommodate three (3) passengers, in the event that there are four (4) passengers
for an eligible and winning entry/booking, both the person who made the winning booking
and each of the passengers travelling with that person shall receive one prize each and
will have to make another booking for another vehicle that can accommodate four (4)
passengers.
4.6. Any prizes unclaimed immediately before the start, or immediately following the end, of
the ride to which the winning entry/booking relates, for any reason whatsoever, will be
forfeited, unless Ola, in its absolute discretion, allows that a prize be claimed
subsequently, provided that any request for a late claim of the prize must be made to Ola
in writing (including by email) within seven (7) days of the date on which the prize was
won.
4.7. The prizes or the value of any prizes not redeemed in accordance with these terms and
conditions will expire and will be forfeited.
4.8. The prizes cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or
promotion.
4.9. The prizes are not transferable.
4.10. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
4.11. As prizes vary, value of prizes also vary.
4.12. Maximum total prize pool value, based on recommended retail prices of the prizes, is
$50,000.00.

5. Promoter and general
5.1. The promoter of the promotion is Ola New Zealand Global Limited CN 6702998, C/- Mint
Advisory Limited, Suite 6, 8 Turua Street, St Heliers, Auckland 1071.
5.2. In the honest and genuinely held opinion of the promoter, this promotion satisfies the
criteria of a sales promotion scheme, as defined in, and under, the Gambling Act 2003
and/or is otherwise exempt from the requirements for any licences.
