Airport fares are calculated based on distance, time, base charge, service fees and any applicable taxes or fees. Some airport trips may be subject to a surcharge fee that may not be included in your initial fare estimate. You’ll be able to see the full breakdown of the fare on your ride receipt.
Our Prime (Standard) cars comfortably fit up to 4 people and have space for 1-2 suitcases to fit in the boot.
Each airport has a designated rideshare area for drivers to pick you up in. There may be different pick-up areas depending on what terminal you have landed in. Baby seats are not provided in our cars, if you have your own you can install it in the car, this decision is up to the driver’s discretion.
Once your booking is confirmed, contact the driver via the app and ask them if they are happy for you to install a baby seat in their car.
Service animals are always accommodated, however, the acceptance of pets is up to the driver’s discretion.
