Ola drivers’ entitlement to cancellation fee

Ola drivers are eligible for cancellation fees in the following situations:

1. If the customer cancels 5 minutes or later, after you accept the ride and you were on time for the pick up (pick up delay of not more than 3 minutes)

2. You waited at the pick up location for 5 minutes of more after pressing the ‘Reached Pick Up’ button

A cancellation fee of $10 will be paid when you are eligible. 

 

It is important that you accurately accept a booking and do not start the ‘trip’ before you have found the customer.
