Safety during holiday seasons

Ola is committed to safety for our drivers and our passengers and to ensuring that we are a safe and reliable service. The holiday season is a time for enjoyment and for spending time with family and friends. During this time, we encourage all our drivers and passengers to keep safety as a priority when riding with Ola.

Ola has launched a Safety in the Holidays campaign to highlight the importance of safety, including providing tips and recommendations which will be published throughout the festive season on our Ola blog and communicated to our drivers in our newsletters and on social media.

Ola’s Safety Management Guidelines cover a spectrum of safety matters such as harassment or inappropriate behaviour of drivers or passengers to safe handling of heavy luggage and includes a Safety Commitment Policy for our drivers.

To all our drivers – this holiday season is a time to read up on the guidelines and policies again and to take note of your safety obligations. Remember that you only get one chance at a first impression with passengers!
